Where and when do I pick up my food?
You will receive the pick up address with your email receipt. The pick up location will be sent in your order confirmation email and is in Boulder Creek. Pick up time is between 4 PM and 7 PM. The food will be held at serving temperature till pick up, or packaged cold for you to reheat at your leisure.

What if I have a confirmed order but I can't pick up my meal during the pick up time?
If you are are unable to make it during the designated pickup time, please email me at penellis17@gmail.com or text / call me at 831-332-1935 and we'll figure it out.

How often does the menu get changed?
Menu items are changed weekly. Menus for the following week are posted soon after the current weeks ordering deadline, (noon on Tuesday),

Can I still order if I missed the Tuesday noon deadline?
Sometimes, I may have extra food available. Feel free to email me at penellis17@gmail.com to inquire if you can place an order after the deadline.

It's Wednesday afternoon... why don't I see a new menu?
There may be a week occasionally when I'm traveling or can't cook. If the dot on the "Accepting Orders" bar is red, I'm not cooking. If the dot is green, I'm accepting orders.

I have specific dietary restrictions. Are your meals suitable for me?
I specify in the menu descriptions dishes as GF (gluten-free), DF (dairy-free), VEG (vegetarian), V (Vegan), N (has nuts), based on their ingredients. Feel free to email me at penellis17@gmail.com if you have questions about ingredients.

Do you provide catering or cook for events?
Yes! If you're interested in making a specific request, or larger order for a party, staff meal, or any other occasion, please email me at penellis17@gmail.com & I'm happy to set that up.

Where do you source your ingredients?
My ingredients come from a diverse range of sources, including the weekly farmers markets, local health food stores, Costco, individual farms and producers, as well as regional food stores. I prioritize local and organic options whenever possible.

How can I reheat my food?
Menus are created with a focus on meals that reheat beautifully, often enhancing their flavor. Reheat soups, stews, and curries gently in a covered pot or in the microwave. Meals can be reheated in the oven or microwave.

Is this a subscription service?
No, it is not a subscription service. You can choose to order whenever you like, Subscribe for email notifications about special deals, home dining events, cooking classes, home delivery service options and more! Subscribing opens additional choices for individual oriented services available.
